Disbursements
Disbursements are the extra costs that need to be paid to third parties to get your settlement
finalized. These fees are in addition to the professional fees. Standard disbursements may include but not limited to:
Office of State Revenue: Stamp duty and Administration fees
Landgate: Title Search, Transfer of Title, Discharge or Registration of Mortgage fee
Electronic Advice of Sale fee.
PEXA: Electronic conveyancing fee
Strata/Council/Water rates - adjustable amounts
Electronic ID check and/or Docusign fee
We will advise which disbursement fees apply to your settlement. We ensure that all fees, forms and
actions are done ahead of time so that settlement delays are avoided.
